This account has taken a backseat over the past few months to make room for other things 💕 It’s not goodbye, but see you later (at least for now)
I often hear people say “avoid frozen food” but frozen food is AWESOME! Especially if you’re on the go and don’t have s lot of time! Frozen doesn’t mean bad. It’s always about the CHOICES you make. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I made a tasty and nutritious dinner using a @perfectfitmeals dish that I pumped up with some roasted (frozen) veggies. Took about 15 mins total and look at all that green! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When choosing frozen foods opt for ones that have whole, natural ingredients and limited salt/sugar. Frozen food is a life saver for me and there’s nothing wrong with stocking that freezer!
How about that wedding cut?! Averaging about 4 lbs. lower now than I was six weeks ago and the wedding is only SIXTEEN DAYS away 💕👏🏻💍
Been eating breakfast later because I started packing up my oats and taking them with me to eat at work! Saves me time in the morning without having to feel as rushed or set that ⏰ even earlier. Plus it’s something to look forward to and make the bring commute suck less 😋. Let’s break down those meals ⤵️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥜 Breakfast 8:00 a.m. : protein oatmeal with banana, a Reese’s cup and pb • 305 calories | 43 g carbs, 8 g fat, 18 g protein 🍵 Snack #1 9:15 a.m. : green tea with creamer • 16 calories | 2 g carbs, 1 g fat, 0 g protein 🌶 Lunch 12:00 p.m. : @perfectfitmeals jerk chicken with peas • 398 calories | 52 g carbs, 9 g fat, 30 g protein 🍎 Snack #2 1:30 p.m. : apple with @pb2foods powder and a piece of dark chocolate • 29 calories | 36 g carbs, 5 g fat, 8 g protein 🥯 Dinner 6:00 p.m. : grilled buffalo style chicken with roasted brussel sprouts, blue cheese and a buttered @skinnytaste 5-ingredient bagel • 412 calories | 35 g carbs, 8 g fat, 47 g protein 🍨 Dessert 8:00 p.m. : @bluebellicecream mint chocolate chip with dark chocolate • 237 calories | 25 g carbs, 14 g fat, 5 g protein Total: 1,698 calories | 194 g carbs, 54 g fat, 109 g protein
