IMG_0413Hi there and welcome! I’m {thinned out} Claire, a 25-year-old marketing strategist by day and a fitness, food, and healthy eating enthusiast by night.

Working out is not a new thing for me – I’ve been on an exercise routine since I was a teenager. I’ve always enjoyed being active whether at the gym, group exercise classes, running, or cycling.

In the spring of 2017, I finally tried BBG (after following BBG girls on Instagram for years!) and fell in love with it. I can do the BBG program while still able to do the cardio and other workouts I have come to love. The big thing that changed for me when I started BBG was that I started to focus on nutrition and fueling my body correctly.

Even though I was always active, my diet has never been consistent. I’ve gone weeks where I “ate clean” only to sabotage myself and binge, then go through a period of unhealthy eating, then start the cycle all over again.

While there is no magical quick fix to lean out and get the body you want, I have found the closest thing to it and that is MACROS. Since I started counting macros in the summer of 2017, I have achieved incredible changes to my physique that I know will be lasting.

I hope that my musings, recipes, tips, and workout examples help you achieve your goals. Whether it’s what’s on my plate or what I’m doing at the gym – my goal is to share what I’ve learned along the way while also holding myself accountable!
