Mini-Cut Update Week #4

Halfway there.

Four weeks into mini-cut – lost  1.2 lbs. net and 0.5″ off my waist

HUNGRY. Man oh man have I felt HUNGRY this week!  I’ve been sticking consistently to my macros and can definitely feel that deficit.  I did have two special date night dinners on Friday and Saturday where I didn’t track, but I made sure to REALLY watch portion sizes and not overdo it just because I’m out and not tracking (a struggle for me).

Low weigh-ins. This week I hit some consistently low weigh-ins.  They went up just a little after those date nights, so I feel like my average weight is leaning heavier but that’s ok!  I’m trying to focus on how I feel more than the number on the scale.


Weight lost so far: 1.2 lbs.
Waist inches lost so far: 0.5″
