Greater Goods Scale Review

You might remember the post where I shared my tracking documents.  Since I weigh myself every day and take a weekly average, I used to literally write down my daily weight on a piece of paper I taped to my bathroom door and do the average manually.  It worked fine, but I knew it would be sooooo much more convenient to have that information on my phone, I just didn’t know which app to pick!

Well, hello there Greater Goods!  Turns out they make a scale that not only tracks your weekly weight, but automatically uploads it to an app on your phone via Bluebooth.  I love it because I now have all that information (including BMI, muscle mass, body fat percentage and water weight) right there on my phone.  No more manual calculations or killing trees from printing!

I’ve been using this scale for about two months and I love it!  You can buy it on Amazon here.

In fact, I love it so much that I partnered with the company to give one away to you lovely readers!  I’m hosting the giveaway on my Instagram account.  All you have to do is:

  1. Like the post with the contest details.
  2. Tag a friend to let them know about this awesome scale.
  3. You must be following me on Instagram to win.

That’s it!  Each comment you make with a friend tagged counts as an entry, so you can enter as many times as you would like 🙂 .

I’m always on the hunt for technology that will make my fitness life easier, let me know if you have anything you swear by that I should try!
