Eggs: The Magical Addition

Macros are like a puzzle to me.  I plug everything into My Fitness Pal the night before and then work to get all the numbers right with various additions to my core meals (by the way this only takes me about 3 minutes every night).

When I find myself short on protein and fat, my go-to addition is eggs!  Eggs aren’t just for breakfast anymore.  You can add a fried egg to a salad or meat dish for extra decadence, add egg whites to the morning’s protein oatmeal, or even boil eggs and eat them as a snack at work!
